WHAT DO WE DO?

Cosan Homes offers advisory services to Active Military, Veterans, and Veterans Spouses regarding the benefits of Energy Efficiency Upgrades (EEU), for Energy Efficiency Mortgages (EEM) home purchases or refinance. Cosan Homes is an organization established by Veterans for Veterans. We offer our advisory services to Active Military personnel and Veterans who are ready to succeed in homeownership.

The main reason why we do this is that we have been there ourselves. One of our partners that started Cosan Homes is a 23-year military Veteran. He used the EEM program to help finance his energy efficiency window upgrades. Without the proper agency to advise and guide him, he found the experience disheartening, stressful, and confusing. He was finally able to replace his windows in Florida and rolled $8,000 into his EEM VA mortgage. We believed that there should be an “easier way”.

Cosan was born out of that mission– to help Active Military, Veterans, and Veterans Spouses become homeowners by using our EEU program. Cosan Homes is the “easier way”.
